2. SMS / Mobile Message Terms — Fisson Marketing LLC Messaging Program

Program description. When you opt in through the consent checkboxes on our website forms, Fisson Marketing LLC may send you text messages. Depending on the consent you provide, these include transactional messages such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and account notifications, and/or marketing messages such as offers and service updates.

Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Consultations and Payment

Fees for consulting packages are listed on our website or quoted in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, one-time fees are due before the applicable session and recurring fees are billed monthly. You may cancel a recurring engagement at any time with written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Our services are advisory and educational in nature. While we work to provide sound, practical guidance, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, rankings, or performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and materials we prepare for you prior to full payment — is the property of Fisson Marketing LLC or its licensors. Upon full payment, deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement become yours to use in your business. You may not resell or redistribute our materials, templates, or training content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
